Friends actress Courteney Cox stepped out on the red carpet last night looking a little, well, different.
The 51-year-old looked fresh-faced and youthful as she attended the premiere of TV show Hand of God - but insists she's never had surgery.
Courteney, who is best known for playing Monica Gellar, has however admitted in the past to being a fan of Botox.
"It's no secret I've had Botox in the past, but I won't go under the knife," she told Closer magazine.
However, the mum of one looked drastically different to her last red carpet appearance back in April, below.
Courteney's not the only celebrity who's looks have changed over the years - something else seems to have happened to these famous faces too. They don’t look quite the same as they used to, and we’re not necessarily talking about the natural ageing process either.
Are the changes down to clever make-up, weight loss or the passage of time, or is something a little more permanent at play? Take a look and decide for yourself…
The Celebrity Big Brother housemate is barely recognisable from her early modelling days.
She even recently admitted to her penchant for a little nip here and tuck there.
During a task in the house, Katie admitted: "I'm a fan of plastic surgery, but that's obvious. I won't share the list of what I've done because we'd be here all day, but if I was going to give advice to someone then it would be to research properly and be careful who you put your trust in.
“I wish I knew that when I was younger because I could've saved myself a lot of heartache and surgery."
45-year-old Renee looked almost unrecognisable at an event in LA last year - look at the difference in her eyes!
Renee will always be Bridget Jones to us, even if she doesn’t look quite the same. Remember, Mark Darcy liked you just the way you were.
She’s firmly denied rumours of plastic surgery but former X Factor presenter and N Dubz singer Tulisa looked quite different as she made her way to court last year. Quite the change from the fresh face we remember of 2009…
Catherine Zeta Jones
Talk about a Hollywood makeover. Catherine Zeta Jones was a natural, classic beauty back in The Darling Buds of May but fast forward to today and the Welsh wonder could be a different person. What would Pop Larkin say? A little too 'Perfick', perhaps.
The former Girls Aloud star puts her changing looks down to piling on the pounds but to us, Sarah's still as slim as ever.
You’d be hard pressed to recognise Mel B as the loud-mouth scary Spice Girl we used to know and love.
We want to know Leona’s trick for slimming down her nose as it looks somewhat skinnier than it did back in the day.
It’s not just the corkscrew curls Nicole Kidman seems to have ironed out - the Grace of Monaco actress looks brand new.
Li-Lo’s fuller face appears even puffier than it did when she was a teen sensation in Mean Girls. She'd certainly sit with the Plastics now.
