We love a royal tour, as much for the pomp and pageantry as for seeing Kate and William out on their travels.
No stranger to royal tours, Kate has become the master of mixing home-grown British brands with local labels and designers and always dressing impeccably for the occasion - whethere it's a state function or a casual meet-and-greet.
So as the royal couple took in the sights of Sweden and Norway, meeting fellow royals and visiting local charities on their four-day tour, we kept a watch on what Kate was wearing every step of the way.
Royal tour day 1
Where: Braving chilly temperatures of -1C, Kate and Wills took to the ice on an outdoor ice skating rink for the bandy hockey game in Stockholm.
The couple coordinated in woolly hats – well, it is below freezing – as they put their hockey skills to the test against each other. William won in a penalty shoot-out.
Where: On hand to greet Kate and William for a formal luncheon were King Carl XVI Gustaf, Queen Silvia of Sweden, Prince Daniel and Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden at the Royal Palace of Stockholm.
What Kate wore: A green, long sleeved high neck dress by royal-favourite Catherine Walker with classic heeled pumps. The Duchess kept her hair loose and bouncy and her make-up neutral.
Where: Post-lunch, the royals took to the streets of Stockholm to walk from the Royal Palace to the Nobel Museum.
What Kate wore: Choosing green again, Kate cosied up in a green Catherine Walker fur trimmed coat and alpaca hat, which she wore on Christmas Day too.
Where: Fine florals at a black tie dinner hosted by the British ambassador in Stockholm
What Kate wore: This is quite a bold look for Kate, who normally favours muted colours; but Kate wowed in a decadently floral mustard silk Erdem dress and Princess Diana's Collingwood pearl and diamond earrings and matching bracelet. The dress, called the Stephanie, features a ruffled collar and bell cuffs.
Royal tour day 2
Where: The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William were joined by Crown Princess Victoria and her husband, Crown Prince Daniel to visit the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm to hear about Sweden's approach to managing mental health challenges.
What Kate wore: Fresh from the night before's black tie dinner, Kate went back to classic Catherine Walker with a houndstooth frock coat by the designer. A Chanel handbag, Alexander McQueen dress and earrings by Swedish jeweller In2Design completed the look.
Where: A reception at the Fotografiska Galleries in Stockholm.
What Kate wore: Debuting another glam look by Erdem, Kate's blue velvet dress was part of Erdem's AW17 collection and retailed for £2,690; she gave a nod to her hosts before the event in a black fur-trimmed coat by Swedish designer Ida Sjostedt.
Royal tour day 3
Where: Kate and William arrive at a snowy Oslo Gardermoen Airport, Norway, greeted by Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit.
What Kate wore: A classic yet cosy bespoke Catherine Walker coat in cornflower blue.
Where: The Royal Palace, Oslo, Norway, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had lunch with King Harald and Queen Sonja of Norway.
What Kate wore: Kate's long been a fan of stylish maternity brand Seraphine, wearing pieces from their range multiple times when pregnant with Prince George and Princess Charlotte; this £165 dress from the British brand features a lace bodice and frilled sleeves.
After lunch, they went for a guided tour of the sculpture park in the palace's grounds - Kate kept warm in her Catherine Walker coat from earlier and a brown furry hat.
Where: Dinner at the Royal Palace in Oslo, Norway.
What Kate wore: This is the Kate we know and love, who wowed in a blush pink Alexander McQueen gown for the third day of the royal tour. Leaning on her wedding dress designer, Kate floated in in the flowing gown, which featured intricate embellishment. Kate wore her hair in a chic updo to accentuate the neckline and plenty of diamonds, naturally.
Royal tour day 4
Where: A visit to Hartvig Nissen School in Oslo, Norway, which was the location for the Norwegian television programme 'Skam'.
What Kate wore: Likening the freezing temperatures in Norway to those in Scotland, it's no wonder Kate chose this plum-coloured wool Dolce and Gabbana coat to greet the crowds. She's believed to have worn a floral dress underneath, which rumour has it is by Norwegian label byTiMo.
Where: The Duke and Duchess meet junior ski jumpers from Norway's national team at the top of the Holmenkollen ski jump in Oslo, Norway.
What Kate wore: A chilly -7C saw Kate wrap up against the Nordic chill in an orange quilted jacket from Kjus and a knitted beanie from Barts.
