“I know it doesn’t sound a lot but trust me, it’s really tough so take some deep breaths and remember, it’s only 15 minutes,” she says.

All you need is a mat, some light weights - Amanda suggests using two litre bottles of water instead - and 15 minutes of spare time. Try doing the workout 3-4 times a week and see your fitness improve.
