In his quest to get the nation feeling fit and happy, Strictly Come Dancing winner Harry Judd has devised a fitness routine you can do from the comfort of your living room.

In this exclusive extract from the book, Harry explains how it’s as easy as working out in your living room.

"This workout is one for the sitting room – but you’re not going to be doing any sitting, but feel free to have the TV on though. Use a chair or a sofa to help you perform the exercises," says Harry.

Want to give it a go? Here are Harry’s five favourite exercises to do around your living room. He recommends performing each exercise for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds:

Push-up – use the back of a chair or sofa

Assisted squat – use a chair or sofa for balance

Dip

Plank

Bridge – position your feet wide
