Face yoga: Exercises to give you fresh, lifted skin

There’s no need to go under the knife for a facelift - just try these uplifting facial yoga moves instead.

We all know yoga is great exercise for the body, but it can be quite complicated to get to grips with.

So don’t worry if you still haven’t quite mastered the Downward Dog or Warrior pose - this type of yoga is all about the face.

How do these exercises work? Well, much in the same way as yoga moves do for your body - by toning and tightening muscles. They work the different layers of your skin, helping to increase blood circulation, stimulating collagen and elastin production - not to mention relaxing and strengthening your face muscles.
