Meditation – it’s just a fancy way of saying breathing deeply, right?

Well, almost, but not quite.

Meditation is in fact a simple way to focus on a single object, a breath or an affirmation. As Face Yoga expert Danielle Collins explains: “Meditation can relax, refresh and renew.

“It really helps you feel more relaxed more focused in general.”

Anything that helps us relax has to be a good thing, right? And as Danielle shows in the video, it doesn’t take long to master the basics – less than four minutes, in fact.

So whatever your reason for wanting to give meditation a go, join the likes of Angelina Jolie, Hugh Jackman and Paul McCartney, who swear by it – and work it into your daily routine to sharpen your brain, relax your mind and leave you feeling renewed.
