We’re on a list celebrating the UK’s top 50 employers for women.
It’s produced by Business in the Community’s gender equality campaign and The Times.
It acknowledges UK employers making gender equality a key part of their business strategy.
We’ve made the list thanks to the strategies and programmes we’ve put in place to support our female employees. And because we’ve worked to ensure that gender and diversity are embedded into every part of our business.
We’re also involved with Step into STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and a founding member of Working Forward, a campaign to make workplaces the best they can be for pregnant women and new mothers.
BT head of diversity and inclusive culture Candice Cross said: “To keep our business thriving we know we need our employees to reflect our customers. With that comes diversity of thought and ideas, which will help us keep ahead of the game when it comes to innovation and ahead of our competitors.
“We’re really proud to have made the Times Top 50 list this year and we’ll carry on improving to make sure that BT is a fantastic place to work for everyone.”
