The Gravy Bar began tweeting in early March, building the hype with witty tweets and glorious pictures of chips dripping in golden gravy.

They’ve been pretty coy with the details, but from what we can tell from their tweets and very bare website, the new restaurant could be opening in Manchester’s Northern Quarter as soon as next week.
Gravy is sexy. And so are you. Sup with us. #gravybar

It will also serve vegan gravy from hand-made ladles, so don’t panic if you aren’t a meat eater!
