In Pictures: Women march to highlight struggle for gender equality

Demonstrators in London added their voices to calls for change.

Women’s rights campaigners have marched in London at a time of heightened focus on gender rights worldwide.

With the 100th anniversary of some women getting the vote and the emergence of the Time’s Up and #MeToo movements in reaction to a spate of scandals prompted by the Harvey Weinstein revelations, sympathetic men joined women to draw attention to the issues.
