Rita Ora has been making a splash as a mermaid as she launched a new seafood restaurant.
The X Factor judge, who has also modelled for underwear brand Tezenis and sports label Adidas, swapped her edgy outfits for a sequinned fish tail in an underwater shoot to promote new London restaurant Sexy Fish.
Before heading underwater, she admitted: “I’m excited to shoot underwater, I’m a bit nervous, I don’t know what’s going to happen, I’m kinda just gonna go with the flow.
“So we’ll see if I’m a strong underwater poser, you know I have seen The Little Mermaid.”
The Poison singer will perform at the eaterie’s launch event on October 8 at Berkeley Square, London.
The shoot was inspired by the restaurant’s private dining room, The Coral Reef Room, on the lower level of the restaurant, which houses the largest live coral reef tank in the world and seating for up to 48 guests.
The fish and seafood restaurant will feature decor including Frank Gehry’s shimmering fish lamps and a life-size crocodile, a cascading waterfall and Damien Hirst’s bronze cast mermaids.
