BT Cloud is free for all BT customers and is a safe and secure place to keep all of your important stuff like photos, videos, games and other documents. It’s also a quick and easy way to share things with your friends and family.
BT Cloud is exclusively available for free to all of our BT Broadband and BT Infinity customers. Depending on your broadband package, you’ll get 10GB, 200GB, or 1,000GB for free.
Three easy steps to get you started with BT Cloud
BT Cloud is your own personal space for keeping all of your stuff online. So wherever you are, you can just use your mobile, a PC or a tablet to look at your stuff, download it, start using it and never be without it when you need it!
Step 1: Sign in
Go to www.btcloud.bt.com and log in using your BT ID and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on Forgotten Password to be emailed or texted a reminder.
Step 2: Upload a photo
Choose the photo you want to share with your family or friends. You can do this by clicking on the “+” button called Add to BT Cloud Sync. Select the photo you want to use and it will automatically appear in BT Cloud. You can now access it from any PC, mobile or tablet anywhere in the world.
Step 3: Share your snaps
Click on the photo you want to share (a tick box will appear so you know it’s selected). Then click on the Share button, and select how you want to share it.
You can share to Email, Facebook + Twitter or just copy the link to share
However you decide to share your photographs the person receiving them needs an internet connection to click on the link to see it. The picture above of Bert the (dwarf) hamster in his Christmas jumper shows how they will see it.
