From communications to entertainment and shopping, technology is changing many areas of our lives and one of the areas where it can make a significant impact is in healthcare.

Adastral Park in Ipswich is home to BT’s research and development labs. The innovations created there since it opened in 1975 have changed our world and include the first live data call and optical fibre trials.

At the heart of Adastral Park are BT’s Customer Innovation Showcases, which host live demonstrations of brand new technology, powered by telecoms. We took a trip to the showcases to find out how technology could change the future of heathcare.
