Serves 1

Cooking time 2 minutes and 48 seconds – the same time it would take to download an HD movie with Ultrafast Broadband from BT


2 eggs
10g butter (a little extra for roll)
Brioche roll
6 chives pre-cut to small 2mm slices
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp double cream


1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, double cream and a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. In a pan, place a knob of butter and scramble the egg mixture.

3. Butter the brioche roll and place the eggs into the roll. 

4. Garnish with chives and serve.
