Whether you document every moment of your life, use it as a platform for your views or just login every other day for a cursory glance at your friends, Facebook is part of life for 2.5 billion people around the world.
Facebook requires a password to login, and at some point many of us will struggle to get in. Fortunately it’s easy to reset your password and login again.

I forgot my Facebook password
1: If you have forgotten your password you will need to click on the ‘Forgotten account?’ button on the right hand of the Facebook login home page.
2: This takes you through to the Find Your Account page, where you have the option of typing your username, phone number, email or full name into the box provided. Then simply click ‘Search.’
3: You’ll see a list of accounts that match your search. Find yourself and click ‘This is my account.’
4: Choose the Reset Your Password method to get your password reset code sent via email. If you've set up a phone number, you can have the code sent by SMS, and if you have a Yahoo! account connected to your Facebook account, you can reset your passord using the Yahoo! Account Manager.
5: Follow the instructions on the reset link and enter the code sent.
I can’t log in with my mobile number
You might just be entering it incorrectly. Drop any ‘0’ and ‘+’ digits and make sure you use your country code. It's 44 for the UK and 353 for Ireland.
